FCRA Disclosure for Background Checks

Rights Under the FCRA

You have the right to receive a copy of any consumer report obtained about you and to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information contained in the report. Instructions for requesting a copy or submitting a dispute are available from ID Clearance or the requesting company.
