The Role
The QA Tester ensures product quality by validating functionality, performance, and reliability across applications and integrations. This role partners closely with Engineering and Product to identify issues early, improve release confidence, and support a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, API, and platform features
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Perform regression, smoke, and release validation testing
- Validate data integrity and workflows using databases and logs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product on acceptance criteria
- Support release readiness and post-deployment verification
Skillsets
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to understand technical requirements and user workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication

- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Experience
- 2+ years of QA or software testing experience
- Experience with QA and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Basic proficiency querying databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Experience: 2+ Years
